Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version: cancel 24+ hours ahead and you get a full refund or free reschedule. Inside 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable. Weather is on the house. The detail is below.
24-hour cancellation window
To cancel, contact us by phone (770-703-4655) or email ([email protected]) with the lead guest's name and the reservation time. We'll confirm the cancellation by reply. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
No-show policy
A reservation is treated as a no-show if no member of the party checks in within 15 minutes of the scheduled start. The lane is released for other guests and the session is forfeited. No-show sessions are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
Running late? Call us. As long as we hear from you before the 15-minute mark and a coach is available, we'll hold the lane where possible.
Weather make-good
The mini golf course and axe throwing lanes are partially open-air. When weather forces a pause, our staff will make the call on whether to resume or end the session, and we'll work with you on the fairest make-good — typically a free reschedule for the unused portion. Pre-paid deposits remain valid for 90 days when affected by weather.
If the venue is closed entirely for weather before your session starts, you receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your call.
Party deposits
Party deposit refund schedule:
- 7+ days before event: 100% of deposit refunded.
- 3–6 days before event: 50% of deposit refunded; remainder may be applied as venue credit good for 90 days.
- Less than 3 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable.
- Less than 24 hours before event: Full party balance becomes due regardless of attendance.
Corporate buyouts have a custom cancellation schedule documented in the booking contract; that contract supersedes this section for those bookings.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted per reservation if requested 24+ hours before the original start time. The new time must be booked within 60 days of the original date, subject to lane availability.
Additional reschedules, or rescheduling inside the 24-hour window, may be granted at our discretion — see Section 6.
Management discretion
Life happens. Hospital visits, family emergencies, military orders, travel disruptions — when something exceptional is going on, management may, at its sole discretion, make exceptions to the policies above. Document your situation when you contact us and we'll do our best to be fair.
Decisions made at management's discretion are final and do not create a precedent for future bookings. This section does not obligate us to grant exceptions to anyone for any reason.
How to request a refund or reschedule
The fastest path is email — write to [email protected] with:
- The lead guest's full name on the reservation.
- The original date and time.
- Whether you want a refund, reschedule, or venue credit.
- If rescheduling: two or three preferred replacement times.
